Since 1986, UVLA has given under-served and low-income residents of Montrose, Delta, Ouray, Gunnison, Hinsdale, and San Miguel counties the resources to resolve legal issues and remove themselves and their children from unsafe situations

We have a knowledgeable, experienced, and compassionate staff who serve our community with enormous help from volunteer attorneys, paralegals, and court staff.
UVLA provides legal support through Clinics, pro se assistance, and pro bono representation.
UVLA Clinics are an opportunity to
speak with an attorney one-on-one, ask questions, and receive the advice you need to move forward.
